There is no doubt that a growing club with ambition needs to invest at long term in human capital. A trainer, who emphasizes the appropriate points of attention, grows continuously. A club that invests in the training of their own club trainer who share and pass on their knowledge and experience to players and coaches, has a long-term valuable human capital within the club.
Any self-respecting club, both those with high level ambitions and the recreational ones, need qualified trainers. Why would a player pay the same membership fee, if he can enjoy higher qualified guidance and better equipment somewhere else?

Clubs that combine high level and a more recreational approach, develop a larger community with more satisfied members and by consequence acquire easier large(r) sponsors. So the choice should be made easily.
